Fountain Hills Thanksgiving Day Parade
Forget Macy’s! Arizona visitors can find a delightfully festive Thanksgiving Day parade just hours from Kingman. This annual family-friendly event takes place on November 23, 2023 in downtown Fountain Hills, Arizona just outside Phoenix, and is the only Thanksgiving Day parade that takes place west of the Mississippi.
For the past thirty-eight years, the parade draws thousands of visitors and locals alike to ring in the holiday season. Spectators will be treated to a colorful display of floats, synchronized dancing, classic cars, and even the big man himself, Kris Kringle. The hour-long parade begins at 9:30 on the Avenue of the Fountains.
Kingman 12th Annual Turkey Trot
Eat too much at the Thanksgiving feast? Ditch the elastic pants and trot off your turkey at Kingman’s 12th Annual Turkey Trot. Turkey trots are footraces that have grown in popularity over the years, held on or around the Thanksgiving holidays. Kingman’s trot takes place at the KRMC Hualapai Mountain Campus, 3801 Santa Rosa, Kingman, AZ on November 23, 2023, at 8:00 AM.
The trot course alternates between the road and the desert, giving participants an opportunity to appreciate the natural beauty of Arizona’s landscape. Register online to participate. Registration fees are $30.00 per person. Registration packets can be picked up the day before the race from 5:00 PM- 8:00 PM in the KRMC Hualapai Mountain Campus lobby or on the morning of the race. Kids’ DIY-U Workshop: Thanksgiving Turkey Photo Holder
Hold your family’s Thanksgiving memories in style with a handmade Thanksgiving turkey photo holder crafted by the little gobblers in your family. Kids can get in on the Thanksgiving fun this holiday season on November 18, 2023 ,with a Kids’ DIY-U Workshop in Lake Havasu City. Participants can craft their very own turkey photo holder in this guided activity held at Lowe’s, 4000 Highway 95N, Lake Havasu City, Arizona. All materials are provided. You just need to bring the smile! Registration is required and must be submitted by November 17, 2023. Three workshops are available: 10:00 AM-11:00 AM; 11:00 AM-12:00 PM; and 12:00 PM-1:00 PM.
6th Annual All Good Lake Havasu Yoga Festival
Tryptophan got you saying “Namaste on the sofa”? Flip the script. Get out and get moving at the 6th Annual Lake Havasu Yoga Festival. This absolutely free festival at the Nautical Beachfront Resort, 1000 McCulloch Boulevard North, Lake Havasu City, Arizona, has celebrated all things good every year since 2018 with music, art, and, of course, yoga! Grand Falls Thanksgiving Buffet
Pull up a chair and get ready to sink your teeth into a sumptuous Thanksgiving buffet at the Grand Falls Buffet located at the Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Resort, 22181 Resort Blvd., Flagstaff, Arizona. About a two-hour drive from Kingman, the Grand Falls Buffet offers visitors a delicious menu of familiar Thanksgiving favorites. Starting at 11:00 AM on Thanksgiving Day, the buffet serves up sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, tasty green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, and includes both turkey and ham carving stations. Visitors can also expect an array of delicious desserts. Service continues until 8:00 PM. Prices are $34.99 for adults and $17.99 for children 12 and under.

Is the campground pet-friendly?
Dogs are allowed at Zuni Village RV Park, but they must be leashed when not inside your vehicle. Do note that leashes should not be longer than 6 feet.
Is there a spa on site, or is it just a pool?
We do not have spa facilities on site but do have an ADA-compliant pool.
Do you have showers available?
Yes, we have well-maintained bathroom and shower facilities available.
How much are rates at the Zuni Village RV Park?
